My educational background includes training in self regulation therapy, hypnosis re-decision therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and marital and family therapy.

I see therapy as a means to achieve measurable goals and changes in ones life.

  • An avenue for spirtual and emotional growth
  • A way to establish an emboideid sense of safety
  • A way to increase ones capacity for joy
  • A way to restore balance and bring fullness to life
I offer training workshops in re-decision therapy, couples counselling and couseling skills.
I offer healing workshops for workplace conflict, developing a workplace culture, team building, stress management and developing extraordinary relationships.
